Return Eligibility
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that meet the conditions listed below.
Product Condition: Returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and unused. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in a reduced refund or rejection of the return.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom-made or personalized items
Discounted or promotional items
Gift cards
Any item damaged due to improper handling or transport
Steps to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact our support team at castingfirellc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos if the product was damaged during shipping.
Confirmation and Instructions: If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the product.
Shipping Costs: All return costs and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Casting Fire by Casting Fire LLC is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages. Customs fees will be charged to the customer during the return process.
Refunds and Processing
Inspection: Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Refund Amount: Approved refunds will be processed less restocking fees and shipping costs. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process and will be applied to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds: Products showing signs of use or not in their original packaging may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Damaged or Defective Items
Notification: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at castingfirellc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage.
Resolution: After inspection, we may offer a replacement or partial refund for damaged items. We reserve the right to request a refund for the damaged item before offering a replacement or refund.
Exchange
We only exchange items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at castingfirellc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in processing or shipping.
