Steps to Initiate a Return

Shipping Costs: All return costs are the responsibility of our company. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Casting Fire by Casting Fire LLC is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Refunds & Processing

Refund Amount: Approved refunds will be issued minus the restocking fee and any shipping costs. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process and will be applied to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

Cancellations
