Cast Iron Stove with Water System Oven
All of the products in The Casting Fire have a double combustion system, are manufactured in European standards and are designed to achieve maximum efficiency by using minimum fuel with (ce), (eco design 2022) certificates, all products of the series are within the scope of - a-- class energy efficiency.
The temperature inside the oven can be monitored thanks to the thermostat on the front glass of the oven
It is made entirely of cast iron and has a high temperature resistant (german schott robax) ceramic glass on the front side, and these glasses are fully sealed in the stove by using fireproof glass wick, and there is a side cover on the side to throw extra firewood, the stove combustion chamber grill is made of extra high strength casting (ggg 40)
Blackening and sooting are minimized with a specially designed ventilation system for the ductile iron windshield.
Thanks to the rear special air balance system, an efficient combustion is provided before the first combustion and during the last combustion in order to burn the residues formed during smoking and final combustion more efficiently by throwing dead carbon gases from the first combustion logs. With this system, maximum efficiency is achieved by using minimum fuel in the stove.
Coal can also be used as fuel.
The hot water heated in the water channels where the water will circulate in the inner part of the stove is transmitted to the honeycomb or underfloor heating system in use thanks to the pump located at the back of the stove and it is aimed to be heated in other independent sections.
It has a maximum heating capacity of 8.5 meters of honeycomb / tulle, excluding the section where the stove itself is located.
It has a heating capacity of +2 floors (6 meters) after the section where the stove is located
Expansion tank is also provided next to the stove
If a heat exchanger is installed in the section behind the stove, hot water can be used in the bathroom and kitchen.
Wire that prevents the bottom of the products in the oven from burning and 32 cm diameter enameled tray as a gift

The expansion tank should be installed approximately 1 meter above the top level of the honeycomb.
