Thank you for choosing Casting Fire LLC! We strive to provide quality and satisfaction. However, if you need to return an item, please carefully review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that meet the conditions listed below.

Product Condition: Returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and unused. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in a reduced refund or rejection of the return.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Discounted or promotional items

Gift cards

Any item damaged due to improper handling or transport

Steps to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact our support team at castingfirellc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos if the product was damaged during shipping.

Confirmation and Instructions: If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the product.

Shipping Costs: All return costs and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Casting Fire by Casting Fire LLC is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages. Customs fees will be charged to the customer during the return process.

Refunds and Processing

Inspection: Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Refund Amount: Approved refunds will be processed less restocking fees and shipping costs. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process and will be applied to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds: Products showing signs of use or not in their original packaging may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items

Notification: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at castingfirellc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage.

Resolution: After inspection, we may offer a replacement or partial refund for damaged items. We reserve the right to request a refund for the damaged item before offering a replacement or refund.

Exchange

Cancellations

All of the products in the Flame stove altara series have a double combustion system, are manufactured in European standards and are designed to achieve maximum efficiency by using minimum fuel with (ce), (ecodesing 2022) certificates, all products of the series - a class energy efficiency.

The temperature inside the oven can be monitored thanks to the thermostat on the front glass of the oven

It is made entirely of cast iron and has high temperature resistant (german schott robax) ceramic glass on the front and sides, and these glasses are fully sealed in the stove by using fireproof glass wick, and there is a side cover on the side to throw extra wood on the side of the stove combustion chamber grill is made of extra high strength casting (ggg 40)

Blackening and sooting are minimized with a specially designed ventilation system for the ductile iron windshield.


Thanks to the rear special air balance system, an efficient combustion is provided before the first combustion and during the last combustion in order to burn the residues formed during smoking and final combustion more efficiently by throwing dead carbon gases from the first combustion logs. With this system, maximum efficiency is achieved by using minimum fuel in the stove.

Coal can also be used as fuel.
